ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records of impugned FIR in crime No.108 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Jaihindpuram police station, Maurai and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.1230 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above C.C.
