120(b), 302 r/w Section 149 of IPC, in SC.No.30 of 2022 pending on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Dindigul, in Cr.No.293 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in SC.No.30 of 2022 pending on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Dindigul. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 28.03.2022. Hence, the petition. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the fact that since the non- appearance of the petitioner, non bailable warrant was issued against him, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner would be to surrender before the trial court and file an application to recall the non bailable warrant.
