This petitioner with a grievance that her complaint, dated 17.07.2025 has not been acted upon by the respondent police, has approached this Court.
2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the complaint of this petitioner was enquired by the respondent police as a petition enquiry in CSR No.368 of 2025 and found that due to personal motive, the petitioner, who is working as a Government teacher has lodged a complaint as against the School Headmistress, in which, she is working and thereafter failed to appear for an enquiry. Therefore, the complaint of this petitioner was closed by the respondent police as it is a vague one. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed.
