The learned counsel on either side would submit that the main suit in O.S.No.456 of 2012, has been disposed of. The present Civil Revision Petition arose only against I.A.No.1579 of 2017 in the suit. Therefore nothing survives for consideration in the above Civil Revision Peition.

3. Recording the said statement made on either side, the instant Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
