ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 506 (I) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. No crime is registered sofar against the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry has been undertaken in C.P.No.G3.2711 of 2021, on 22.01.2022.
