ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to grant permission for conducting festival on 17.09.2024 on the memorial of Immanuvel Sekaranar gurupooja based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.09.2024.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that one Balamurugan, S/o.Alagu, has given a representation seeking permission to conduct drama; that the village people have raised objections and hence, the matter was referred to the RDO and that the same is pending before the RDO, Manamadurai.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the jurisdictional RDO is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as notice to the person, who has given representation to conduct drama and other objectors including the petitioner and conduct enquiry and take a decision within two days from today.
