ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the writ petitioner's complaint dated 03.09.2024 lodged before the second respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the respondent(s) in the writ petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance 2/4

with law within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
