ORDER

Challenging the cancellation of the work order issued to the petitioner, this writ petition came to be filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3. The petitioner had made an allegation as against the President of Puthalam Town Panchayat for cancellation of his work order.

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been further permitted to continue his work order and he has also completed his work entrusted to him and a report in this regard has also been filed by the petitioner, which is placed on record.

5. Since the petitioner has been permitted to continue his work and since he has also completed his work entrusted to him, nothing survives in the allegation made by the petitioner.

6. Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 29.11.2024 NCC : Yes / No (4/4) Index : Yes / No Sm 3/4
