This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the dismissal order dated 27.08.2019 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial 1/4

Magistrate, Natham, on the impleading application filed by the petitioner/proposed party, in I.A.No.142 of 2018 in O.S.No.81 of 2015.

2. When the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that pending the Civil Revision Petition, the second respondent demolished the wall, which is the subject matter of the suit and therefore, the suit itself has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
