ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to direct the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi, to expedite the trial in O.S.No.78 of 2019 as stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the materials available on record.
3.According to the petitioner/third defendant, the first respondent/plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.78 of 2019 before the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi, for permanent injunction. In the said suit, summon was served to the defendants and written statement was also filed. The only intension of the plaintiff is that to give trouble to the petitioner by way of drag on the proceedings. Hence, the present revision is filed. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit is of the year 2019 and the said suit is pending for more than 4 years without any progress. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is a aged person and in order to give trouble to the petitioner, the present suit is filed. Hence, she prays for speedy disposal.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.78 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law, without giving further unnecessary adjournments, as expeditiously as possible, after affording opportunity to the respective parties to put forth their contentions, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the observation, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
