Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners. 1/4

2.The revision petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.68 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai. They seek speedy disposal of the suit.

3.In normal circumstances, I will not grant such relief. But then, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners states that the first petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 71 years. The suit on hand is only a partition suit. 4.Taking into account the over all facts and circumstances, the Court below is requested to dispose of O.S.No.68 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
