ORDER

The writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent forwarding the application submitted by the petitioner seeking issuance of patta in her name in respect of the natham property situated in Survey No.29/30, Viralimalai Village, Viralimalai Taluk, 2.The impugned proceedings is only an interdepartmental communication, whereunder the application submitted by the petitioner seeking issuance of patta was forwarded by the third respondent to the first respondent for consideration. Though the impugned communication is challenged in the writ petition, at the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined the relief sought for in this writ

petition by submitting that the petitioner will be satisfied if the first respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the third respondent within a time stipulated by this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the proposal forwarded by the third respondent to the first respondent will be disposed of in accordance with law. 4.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the third respondent in his proceedings in e.f.E2558286/2024/m3> dated 02.04.2025 and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
