ORDER

The respondent / wife seeks to transfer the suit filed by her husband on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, for restitution of conjugal rights to the file of the Subordinate Court, Manapparai. 2.The respondent who has entered appearance through counsel has no objections to the transfer except for making a submission to the Court that the parties may first be referred for mediation as there is a possibility of settlement.

3.Considering the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. The suit in O.S.No.22 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, is withdrawn and transfered to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Manapparai. The learned Subordinate Judge, Manapparai, shall first refer the parties to the Mediation and only on the conclusion of the mediation process, the suit shall be proceeded with. No costs.
