ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property situated in Old Survey No.345/2, UDR Survey No. 345/2B1, in T.Murungapatti Village, Thalugai Revenue Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichirappalli District, by considering her application dated 04.07.2025.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Haja Mohideen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by her under a registered sale deed dated 29.03.2025 and the joint patta for the subject property stands in the name of petitioner and two others in Patta No.3092. The petitioner submitted an application on 04.07.2025, in Application No. 2025/0123/15/008054, seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 04.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattdhars in Patta No.3092, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
