ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to act on the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025 and give adequate police protection.

2. According to the petitioner, though the fourth respondent's husband had sold the property in dispute to one Jeba Rosli, who in turn sold the property to the petitioner, the fourth respondent is illegally occupying the property and is refusing to vacate from the same.

3. This petition is bereft of necessary particulars as to when the fourth respondent took possession from the petitioner illegally. It is also not clear from the petition as to when possession was handed over to the petitioner by his vendor. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the fourth respondent in not handing over possession inspite of the sale deed, the remedy lies elsewhere and the respondent Police cannot interfere in such matters. Consequently, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued. 2/4
