PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in C.No.125/ Detention/C.P.O/T.C./2022 dated 07.09.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name, Muthukumar, S/o.Sekar, aged about 29 years, now confining as 'Goonda'at Tiruchirappalli Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

herein, has already been revoked by the competent authority. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.

2. The said position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
