ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 02.12.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi vide the Letter in D.No.695/2020 dated 06/06/2020 and none appeared on both sides this court made the following order:

By order dated 02.12.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.48 of 2017, within a period of four months from 02.12.2019.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.695/2020, dated 06.06.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further four months time to comply with the order dated 02.12.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 02.12.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition.
