Considering the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 27.08.2022 seeking to refer him to Medical Board, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
