ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to cancel the patta in favour of the fourth respondent in Patta No.2203, in respect of the properties situated in Survey Nos.196/1, 390/2B and 390/7A at Alagupatti Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Muniyandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Since no adverse order is passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.According to the petitioner, the subject property originally belonged to his father, Palanisamy in Patta No.347. After death of petitioner's father, the fourth respondent managed to get patta in his name illegally. Hence, the petitioner's submitted a representation on 11.07.2025 before the official respondents, seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent and restoration of the patta in the name petitioner's father. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the

representation of the petitioner dated 11.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, fourth respondent and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
