Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 12236 / 17 / F dated 11/07/2018 to grant joint Patta in favour of 3rd respondent and his brothers herein for the S.No.469/1B measuring about 20 cents situated at Seelapadi Village, Dindigul Taluk, Dindigul District and quash the same as illegal, contrary to law and directing the 2nd respondent to restore the patta stood in the name of the petitioner.
