ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 28.09.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.1167 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of fake liquor bottles, printed forged labels and forged hologram stickers. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.17960 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is having 14 previous cases similar in nature.

5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged as against the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner is having 14 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
