ORDER

The petitioner claims that her husband, Pitchai Naidu, died on 23.05.2017. After his demise, on the application of his son / the third respondent herein, the second respondent / Tahsildar has passed an order transferring the patta with regard to the properties of Pitchai Naidu. After knowing that, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer on 23.02.2023 to transfer the patta in the name of all the legal heirs of Pitchai Naidu. Alleging that no action has been taken on the said appeal, the petitioner has moved this writ petition. 2.Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that enquiry has been commenced on the petitioner's appeal and that it would be concluded within a reasonable time.

3.Considering the rival submissions made, this writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer to conclude the proceedings and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's appeal, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording 2/4

due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the third respondent and other interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
