ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 403, 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.10 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.4,20,00,000/- from the defacto complainant on various dates by deceiving the defacto complainant and subsequently, cheated him. Hence, complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is innocent and the respondent police has foisted a false case against her and she has not committed any offence as alleged in the First Information Report, hence he seek anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.4,20,00,000/- on various dates in person and through ATM machine by deceiving the defacto complainant and subsequently, without repaying the said amount cheated the defacto complainant. He would further submit that the investigation of the case is pending and hence he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the rival submissions on either side and also considering the 2/3

gravity of offence, investigation is not yet completed and that the huge amount involved in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.
