This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to restore the petitioner's monthly pension amount of Rs.2,16,168.56/- and with final settlement of AFPP Fund Amount of Rs.2,47,833/- for death of her son and consequently claim the Policy taken by the second Respondent in the third respondent Insurance Company for deceased personal loan of Rs.7,24,000/- dated 03-07-2020 vide State Bank Policy No. 1203004219P114083561 in Account No.20319780150, by considering the petitioner's representation on 18.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the Writ Petition, the pension amount is being paid regularly without any default.
