The instant writ petition has been filed by the Hereditary Trustee of the third respondent temple seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent for initiating action as against the third respondent for violating the duties and responsibilities cast upon him under the appointment orders. 2/5

2. Seeking the above said relief, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 herein on 20.08.2024. Since the said representation is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.08.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
