ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.28 of 2021 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the file of Family Court, Trichy. The Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to transfer. However, he would submit that there is a life threatening from the brothers of the petitioner. If any threaten, he may be given a complaint before the police.

4. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.28 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Trichy, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Trichy forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
