O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned seniority list of Grade-1 Foremen eligible for promotion as Special Grade Foremen, published by the third respondent by his proceedings in Ku.AA.No. 501/NEPE3/NEU1/KO.MU.AA.MU.MUNE/2021-1, dated 11-11-2021 and consequently seeking a direction to the third respondent to include the petitioner's name in the seniority list at the appropriate place and promote the petitioner to the post of Special Grade Foremen based on his service seniority.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has been granted Selection Grade. He therefore prays that this Court may record the said fact and dispose of the writ petition. 2/4

3. After recording the fact that the petitioner has been granted Selection Grade, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
