ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to promote the petitioner notionally as Librarian and consequently, to sanction the pensionary benefits along with arrears by considering his representation dated 20.07.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, by referring to the proceedings dated 02.01.2026 submitted that the petitioner is not entitled to notional promotion and therefore, the petitioner's representation was considered and rejected by the proceedings dated 02.01.2026.

3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.

4. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the respondent is directed to communicate the proceedings dated 02.01.2026 2/4

to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, thereby enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
