Challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nilakottai in Crl.M.P.No.520 of 2025, dated 17.07.2025 directing 1/4

the 2nd respondent to register an F.I.R as against the petitioner herein which was filed by the 1st respondent, this criminal revision case is filed.

2. When the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that already on receipt of the order, the 2nd respondent police has registered an F.I.R in Crime No.107 of 2025 and 108 of 2025.

3. In view of the same, giving liberty to take steps to quash the F.I.Rs, if so advised, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. 14.08.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No gbg To 1.The Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai.
