This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.187 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, for the offences under Sections 420 and 417 of IPC. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the issue had already been settled in Lok Adalat.
