Respondent / Plaintiff Prayer:- Petition filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code to withdraw the original suit in O.S No.111 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Kulithalai, Karur District to the file of the Family Court, Trichirapalli.
ORDER: This Petition coming upon for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 19.11.2019 and the requisition letter of the I Additional District Judge(PCR),Family Court (FAC),Tiruchirappalli, vide letter in D.No.198 dated 28.05.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.M.Arumugam, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Suresh, Advocate for the respondent, this court made the following order: This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing O.S.No.111 of 2019 along with M.C.No.35 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Trichy.
2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 19.11.2019, by directing the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.111 of 2019 along with M.C.No.35 of 2018 within a period of four months.

3. Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the suit owing to Covid-19 lock-down.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further six months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of O.S.No.111 of 2019 along with M.C.No.35 of 2018. The learned Judge shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the case within the prescribed time.
