This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to comply the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 1123 of 2017 in S.C.No.4 of 2015 dated 12.05.2017 and to grant the relief amount of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the petitioner along with interest within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 and R2 as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R3 to R5 would submit that 2/4

in pursuance to the directions of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, the Collector, Thoothukudi District has issued a proceedings for payment on 17.10.2024 and that the defacto complainant/victim has received the amount on 17.10.2024.
