ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to issue direction to the respondent 2 and 3 to reimburse the total fee of Rs. 3,55,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Five Thousand Only) by taking into account petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2023.

2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/4

3. I have considered the rival submissions and perused the materials available on record.

4. In order to reimburse the total fee of Rs.3,55,000/-, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent No.1. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

5. Without going into the merits of the writ petition or the claim made by the writ petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
