PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 621 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 04.08.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 5(1) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 366 IPC, in Cirme No.621 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence, the defacto complainant found the victim girl missing in the house. Hence, she approached the respondent police for searching her whereabouts.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent strongly opposed this petition stating that investigation is not yet completed and if the petitioner is released on bail, he will tamper the evidence.
