ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to implement the order of transfer passed by him in Na.Ka.No.242/2020/A2 dated 29.06.2021.
2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.242/2020/A2 dated 01.12.2021 and submits that the earlier order of transfer passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.242/2020/A2 dated 29.06.2021 has been cancelled. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
