O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 13.07.2021 and 18.11.2021, seeking grant of fresh joint patta in respect of 10 cents of the property out of 66 cents in Survey No.145/1b2d, situate at Perrumbatcheri Village, Ilaiyangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District
2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. According to the petitioners, the petitioners' father has purchased 66 cents of land in S.No.145/1 under a registered sale deed dated 14.12.1978. Thereafter, a patta was issued in favour of the petitioners in Patta No.741, by sub-dividing the above said property as S.No.145/1b2d. The petitioners have put up a house in 10 cents of the 2/6
property and remaining 56 cents was enjoyed by them as vacant site. However, the respondents attempted to interfere with the petitioners' possession in respect of the remaining 56 cents. Therefore, a civil suit was filed by the petitioners in O.S.No.115 of 1993 and the same was decreed in their favour. The petitioners submitted a fresh representation on 18.11.2021, requesting the respondents to issue fresh patta in respect of 10 cents of land, over which the petitioners have put up a building. The same has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioners have come by way of this Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioners will be considered on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 18.11.2021 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioners and all other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
