ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's family on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent alleging that on the threatening of the petitioner the daughter of the third respondent committed suicide and the said complaint was enquired and subsequently closed as 'Mistake of Fact' . Therefore police protection does not arise. Hence the police protection does not arise.
