ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (28.01.2025), the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo, along with a copy of Demand Draft, stating that the entire arrears of maintenance amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) has been paid to the respondent by way of a Demand Draft bearing No.562385 drawn on Indian Bank, K.Pudur Branch, Madurai and the matter has been settled.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has not disputed the above said facts, and submitted that the matter has been settled.

3. The memo filed by the petitioner is hereby recorded. In pursuant to the settlement arrived between both the parties, the learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks permission of this Court to not press this Criminal Revision Case, and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as not pressed.
