ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to act on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.04.2025 and to take action against the respondents 4 to 7.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and it was closed stating that it was civil in nature.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint, he has to avail the remedy available in law. This Court cannot issue a Writ as prayed for.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy.
