ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 329(3), 296(b), 351(3), 79 of BNS, 2023 and Section 67A of Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.207 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3. Considering the nature of allegation and also considering the fact that the petitioner has got six previous cases, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
