The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition against the fair and executable order passed in I.A.No.832 of 2018 in O.S.No.26 of 2012 dated 16.07.2019 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the main original suit itself was disposed of on 08.01.2021.

3. In such view of the matter, no further order is necessary in this petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
