Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both Petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.12392 & 12393 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner complied with the condition from 19.07.2023 without fail. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would contend that the petitioner is complying the condition from 19.07.2023 without fail.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and also considering the fact that material part of the investigation is over and the petitioner complied with the condition from 19.07.2023, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first working day of English Calender month until further order.
