ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.12.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Petitioner/Accused No.10 was dead and also filed copy of the death certificate.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the death of the petitioner was reported to the Additional Mahila Court (JM Level), Madurai, and on that basis, the charges against the Petitioner/Accused No.10 was ordered to be abated and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
