When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completing the investigation in this case, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Virudhunagar, and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.43 of 2023 and hence, the matter has become infructuous. It is for the petitioner to question the final report. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. 2/4
