Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner wants survey and demarcate the boundaries on the petitioner mentioned lands. The petitioner claims that the petition mentioned lands were allotted to him vide partition deed dated 22.02.1979 (document No.329 of 1979).
3. The first respondent shall conduct survey and demarcation on the petitioner's boundaries of the petition mentioned land as per the aforesaid partition deed and serve survey report also. The surveyor will issue notice to the petitioner as well as the impleaded respondents and also the other adjacent land owners and conduct survey. 2/4

4. This writ petition stands disposed of on these terms. No costs.
