J U D G M E N T

The parties to this Second Appal have entered into a compromise pursuant to which a memorandum of compromise dated 22.03.2023 has been filed before this Court. The said compromise was entered into based on a resolution passed by the temple committee on 10.09.2022. The joint compromise memo dated 22.03.2023 as well as the resolution of the appellant temple committee dated 10.09.2022 are taken on record by this Court.

2. The parties are also present before this Court today. The compromise memo dated 22.03.2023 has been duly signed by all the parties and countersigned by their respective counsels.

3. In terms of the joint compromise memo dated 22.03.2023, this Second Appeal is disposed of. The compromise memo dated 22.03.2023 as well as the resolution of the appellant temple committee dated 10.09.2022 shall form part of this judgment. No costs. Consequently, connected 2/4
