Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.PALANISAMY, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ produce sureties. Due to affect by viral fever, the petitioner is 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11070 of 2021 unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.13706 of 2021 dated 20.09.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 20.09.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13706 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
