The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the General Body notice issued by the fifth respondent society.

2. At the outset, the said impugned notice has been issued by the Paramakudi Vaaniya Uravin Muraiyaalargalin Pothu Sabai, which is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The issues 2/4

raised in this writ petition are all inter se dispute among the members of the Society, which could not be entertained or gone into in this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate civil proceedings, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
