ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory 1/3

bail granted to the 2nd respondent herein by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Cr.M.P.No.1613 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024.

2. On perusal of the order granting anticipatory bail in Cr.M.P.No.1613 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024, it is clear that the petitioner has to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only), and has to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchirappalli and execute the surety. But the petitioner has done none of the above. Already a petition has been filed to modify the same also seems to be dismissed.

3. In that view of the matter, the order granted by the trial Court has already worked itself out, and there is no question of cancelling the anticipatory bail inasmuch as the petitioner is not enlarged on bail till date.
