(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Read this order in continuation and in conjunction with order dated 01.09.2025, that reads as follows:- "The direction to R5 in Paragraph No.3 of order dated 12.08.2025 is reiterated.

"The 5th respondent is directed to conduct field inspection, survey and submit a status report before this Court."

2. Let the Report be filed prior to the next date of hearing.

2. Today, an Affidavit is filed by the fifth respondent, the Assistant Commissioner, Zone 2 (North), Madurai Corporation to the effect that a notice dated 11.09.2025 under Sections 56(5) and 56(2A) of 3/6

the Town and Country Planning Act, 1956, has been issued directing R6 to remove unauthorized construction and stop usage of the building within 15 days.

3. Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel for R6 states that R6 is in receipt of the same.

4. Recording the aforesaid and as the prayer for mandamus sought for by the petitioner stands effectively redressed, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
